Secondary scores for the English Unified State Examination. Converting exam scores in mathematics

After checking the Unified State Exam tasks in mathematics, a primary score is assigned for their completion:

  • For basic level in mathematics – from 0 to 20;
  • For a specialized level in mathematics – from 0 to 30.

Each task is worth a certain number of points: the more difficult the task, the more points you can get for it. For correct completion of each task in the Unified State Examination in basic level mathematics, 1 point is given. For correct completion of tasks in the Unified State Examination in mathematics at a specialized level, 1 to 4 points are given depending on the complexity of the task.

After this, the primary score is converted into a test score, which is indicated in the Unified State Examination certificate. This score is used for admission to higher education institutions. Transfer of Unified State Examination points carried out using a special point scale. The Unified State Exam score in basic level mathematics is not needed for admission, so it is not converted into a test score and is not indicated on the Unified State Exam certificate.

Also, based on the Unified State Exam score, you can determine the approximate grade on a five-point scale that a student would receive for completing tasks in the exam.

Below is scale for converting Unified State Exam scores in mathematics for basic and specialized levels: primary scores, test scores and approximate assessment.

The correspondence between the 2018 Unified State Exam primary scores and test scores in all academic subjects using a 100-point assessment system is determined by Rosobrnadzor documents.

Scale for converting USE 2018 points into a 100-point system

To confirm the mastery of the educational program of secondary general education in each academic subject, except for the Unified State Exam in basic level mathematics, a minimum number of Unified State Exam points is established according to a 100-point assessment system.

The minimum number of points in each Unified State Examination subject required for admission to universities has also been established. Below this level, universities do not have the right to set their own minimum scores with which they will accept applicants.

But higher - they can. Therefore, you should build on these scores (and not rely on them) if you decide to pursue higher education.

There is a difference in the minimum scores for obtaining a certificate and entering a university only in the Russian language.

The results are valid for 4 years following the year in which such results were obtained.

It's understandable to want to know your results right away, but you should wait a little. On average, papers are checked within one to two weeks, depending on the number of people taking the exam. For example, a large number of children take the Unified State Exam in Russian, on average about 700 thousand people annually.

This is a large exam, so results will be available in about two weeks. And results from the literature can be obtained much faster. The deadline for issuing results to participants is determined by Rosobrnadzor and published on the portal ege.edu.ru.

The page contains Unified State Exam results in all subjects for past years - from 2010 to the present. The tables show the average score for each subject, the number of 100-point students, the percentage of those who did not pass the exam (who did not pass the threshold established for the subject), and the total number of those who passed the exam.

The material was prepared based on official releases of Rosobrnadzor.

Despite the fact that since 2009, the Russian education system has been using a new system for assessing knowledge on the Unified State Exam, many schoolchildren still try to convert the points they have scored into a traditional school grade. To simplify this task, experts recommend using special Internet services: online calculators or test tables.

Method No. 1

According to most experts, the simplest and fastest way conversion of Unified State Examination points The standard school assessment is an online calculator. To get the final result, you just need to select the desired items, enter the necessary data in the appropriate fields and activate the counting system. After instantly processing the information, the online calculator will display the result you need.

Future applicants and high school graduates must know the USE-2017 score conversion scale. It will be useful to them in the process of self-preparation. In particular, you will need the scale to evaluate your answers when taking practice tests. You will also find out what these points look like in the familiar five-point system.

Primary and test glasses

For each answer in the KIM, the subject is awarded points. After completing the examination work, all these points are summed up. The final value is the primary score. They are also called preliminary. Then comes the turn of converting Unified State Exam points into a 100-point system. There is a very complex mathematical formula for these purposes. It takes into account various statistics. As a result of scaling, the final test score appears, which is included in the school certificate or considered by members of the university admissions committee.

« Wheret is the Unified State Exam test score (according to a 100-point system), θ is the primary score, θminis a value that is equal to one primary point, and θmax, – a score corresponding to the primary score, one less than the maximum possible.

Rounding is carried out to the nearest whole number. A zero primary score corresponds to 0 for the Unified State Examination, and the maximum possible score corresponds to 100. “
