GTA San Andreas Liberty City mods. Using a bug in the Los Santosa gym and a height mod

Hello everyone, dear users and guests of the gta-rus.site site. I make videos about secrets, easter eggs, bugs and glitches in GTA games. At one point I thought it would be nice to have text versions of my findings. The administration of this site provided me with this opportunity (by also making me an administrator). At the bottom of my articles there will be a link to my videos, where I talk about the same material and clearly demonstrate it. Choose the format that is more convenient for you! Article or video. Hello everyone, VampireStyle69 is with you and today I will tell you how to get to Liberty City in GTA San Andreas

For those who don’t know: at the end of the storyline in a mission called “St. Mark’s Bistro” we have to go to Liberty City - the CITY which is the main location of GTA 3.

In this article I will talk in more detail about this mission, as well as all the different ways to get into Liberty City without it.

Mission "St. Mark's Bistro".

When we come to Las Venturas according to the storyline and become a co-owner of the Four Dragons casino, our main competitor is the Caligula casino, which is ruled by 3 mafia families. During the course of the plot, we create problems for one family, which are called the Forelli, after which she blames another for this - the Salvatore family. And in this mission we have to fly to Liberty City to destroy the Forelli family restaurant called
"St. Mark's Bistro" If we talk about the structure of the mission, then first there is a splash screen, which you see now on your screens, after which we
You have to go to the airport, take the plane on the runway and fly east beyond the map. During the flight, at a certain moment the script will work and we will be teleported to the interior of Liberty City, but here you need to be careful, because if you fly too high or a little to the side, the script may not work and then you will have to make a small circle and go back a little.
In Liberty City itself, we have to shoot all members of the Trout family. After the shootout, we will again be teleported to the east far off the map, after which we just need to land on the airstrip in Las Venturas and the Mission will be over.

As we see at the mission, we were not given much time to wander around Liberty City and we only visited the restaurant and
his yard, so I’ll tell you about all sorts of ways to get to Liberty City outside the mission, so that you don’t have to wander around there
only within the restaurant.

In total, I know 4 ways to get to Liberty City:
1. Using a cheat code on the mission "St. Mark's Bistro"
2. Using a bug in the Los Santosa gym and a height mod
3. Using a collision mod in Liberty City
4. Using the teleport program

Using a cheat code on the mission "St. Mark's Bistro"

To do this, we have to start the mission, go through it as usual, until we go out into the restaurant courtyard, after that we need not to kill everyone, so that the script does not work and we are not teleported back to the plane, but simply go to this wall and write the code for mega jump or bunny jump and then jump over it, then run to the far corner and jump in exactly the same place as me.

You need to be careful here, because if you jump a little wrong you will fall through the map. Alas, you won’t be able to walk around the city very much, since many objects do not have collisions and if you go to them, you will fall through the map.
There are 3 ways to understand which object has a collision and which does not:
1. you need to shoot at an object, if the bullets fly off, then you can stand on it, but if they pass through the object, then it has no collision and, accordingly, the CJ will fail there.
2. Throw an explosive package at the object, if it falls through the object, then we will also fail.
3. Also, objects without collision do not reflect shadows and can also be seen by the player’s shadow.
But, so that you don’t bother with this, I myself will show you the places where you can walk, especially since there are not so many of them.
These include the outside courtyard of the restaurant and this road from where we jumped onto it to the nearest intersection.

Also, to get out of here, we can go back the same way or jump over this wall. If you jump over a wall, it is advisable to do it to the left in order to fall onto the porch and save yourself more lives.

Using a bug in the Los Santosa gym and a height mod

In this method we will use the bug that I talked about in my previous videos, for this we will need to go to the gym in Los Santos, kill all the people in it, then write the code on the jetpack, go to this place and fly up in this place There's a glitch in the collision and that's why we'll fly through the ceiling. Next, we need to fly to the point that I marked on the map, and then go to the marker.

We will get into the interior, then we will write the code on the jetpack again and fly to a new point, which I marked on the map.
This is where we need a mod for infinite takeoff altitude for planes, helicopters and jetpacks, because without it we won’t reach the required altitude; the link to the mod will be in the video description.

So we ended up in Liberty City. Again, you can only land in those places that I showed you; you will fly through other objects. In addition to the objects I talked about, you can also run along this alley and in this yard.

Using a collision mod in Liberty City

I will also leave a link to this mod in the video description. After installing the mod, we need to go to Los Santosa Airport, a new marker has appeared there, just go to it and it will teleport us to Liberty City. The peculiarity of the mod is that collisions have been added to all objects, that is, we will not fall through them and can easily wander throughout Liberty City. In addition, in this mod, a gray texture is added to places where there were no textures on houses or roads. I will take this opportunity to show you that the interior of the stadium is located not far from Liberty City.

Using the teleport program.

There are many similar programs and it doesn’t make much difference which one you use, but the most popular
The Place Manager program is what I will use. You will also find a link to this program in the description.
We need to go into the game and enter the Los Santosa gym, then minimize it and launch the program. Next, click add place and write the coordinates
a warehouse that is not used in the game and the name of the teleport point, it can be anything, the main thing is that it is clear to you.
Then click add place again. After this, we have a new point to which we can teleport, which we will do.
To do this, we need to click teleported and expand the game, we will already be at the coordinates that we entered in the program. We go to the yellow marker and
We appear in this warehouse. Next, we minimize the game again and use the same principle to add another teleport point, only this time we enter
Liberty City coordinates. That's all, as you can see this is the fastest way. That's all, Vampire Style 69 was with you

GTA SA: Liberty City

ABOUT THE MOD The long term goal of the GTA SA: Liberty City mod is to recreate GTA III on the GTA San Andreas engine as closely and accurately as possible. We aim to create a conversion that gives the player the dripping atmosphere and challenges we all fell in love with in 2001, with all of the advantages of the GTA San Andreas engine as the icing. This includes:
  • Swimming
  • Climbing
  • Jetpacks
  • Enhanced aircraft
  • Realtime shadows
  • Eating
  • Clothes
  • Playing minigames (Basketball, Pool, etc.)
  • Using the gym
  • Haircuts
.. and MUCH more. Since the original map conversion by XRK in 2005, the mod itself has continued to evolve and progress. Liberty City has been ever enhanced in order to meet the standards of the enhanced freedom we are given with the San Andreas engine. The waters of the city now have seabeds to fit with the ability to swim. Many buildings and skyscrapers rooftops have been reworked to ensure the city looks just as great from every angle. The large empty land north of Shoreside Vale has been filled in to make up for what is now easy to access. Rampages, hidden packages and many of the other goodies from GTA III have been thrown in to keep the player busy for hours. The list practically goes on and on. The SA:LC team are proud of what the mod has evolved into thus far. We are very greatful for the support that has come our way since the mods original release six years ago, and we thrive to continue with the project for as long as we possibly can. Beta 7 Footage FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q. Will there be other properties or hideouts to buy? Can we have higher-poly models for ... ? A.No. This is not a current priority. Despite the fact that the GTA San Andreas game was released a long time ago, many users still continue to create various modifications, multiplayer servers and projects for it. While some players are developing and integrating models from GTA 5, others are trying to transfer GTA III to San Andreas, and they are doing great! We invite you to download and try out the GTA SA: Liberty City add-on, which takes us back to the era when the third version of the game from Rockstar developers was released. These include detailed graphics, an improved interaction interface, a large number of animations, interaction with characters and much more.

Features of the GTA SA: Liberty City mod

This is one of the most interesting modifications for San Andreas. The essence of this mod is to move Liberty City to San Andreas. This task was completed efficiently, despite the fact that the addition was never fully completed. Now you can wander around Liberty City without fear of falling through textures or being kicked out by the system due to a conflict of files and system parameters. The developer of this mod tried to transfer all the locations, houses, and buildings into the game as much as possible, so that every player could remember the times when they played the third version of the game. Essentially, you get the beautiful city from GTA 3, only now it is much better and more interesting. The development took about a month, and today the author is constantly releasing updates. One of the common problems of the third version is a large number of “poor quality” houses and roads.

In the modification of GTA SA Liberty City, they were all replaced with new buildings, large-scale work was done, within which most of the roads were replaced with more realistic ones. In some places you can even find large skyscrapers and large multi-storey buildings. Now your cities will be even longer. If you approach St. Mark's restaurant, you will hear familiar song compositions there. So, how do you get to Liberty? To do this, you will need to find a special type of transport - a pickup truck. It will have a GTA III badge on it. There are three of these in the game, and each is located near the main entrance to the airport. If you remember, there are only three of them in the game.
