A certain Svetlana Romanyuk, an illiterate (judging by the documents coming out from under her pen), but a persistent woman, has long led the opposition to Stolbun and is tirelessly pursuing him. She even organized the Committee for the Rescue of Youth from Destructive Cults and does not get tired of sending letters to authorities about the notorious sect-commune of Stolbun-Streltsova. What's happening? Why is Stolbun not allowed to work? Who moves Romanyuk's hands?

All! Eleonora Filina, with whom we work in the “Ships Came to Our Harbor” program, has a son who has already given up on him, graduated from their school and entered a law school at the age of 15.
OK.: Stolbun has three main claims. First: he himself is a dropout, his diplomas are defective or even fake. Second: the guys also receive inferior diplomas, since they graduate from commercial universities. And the third: he treats with illegal methods, namely, he irritates the mucous membrane of the anal zones with chlorethyl, which causes drug addiction in patients. The latter is such a fried fact that only the lazy did not paint it artistically.
A. Tsalko: Let me answer. I have been working with Stolbun and his team for seven years. Acquaintance began with the most acute problem. As a government official, Chairman of the State Defense Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Interdepartmental Commission on Social Issues of Military Personnel and Members of Their Families, I sent 42 neglected children, half-orphans and orphans, from Ussuriysk to Kaliningrad, whose parents died in Afghanistan, to this school. But they, having one higher education, enter a university or go to a department, there is a list of compulsory disciplines, they pass everything in a year, pass exams and receive a second education or degree. All their diplomas and degrees are legal. In the world for a long time already not term of training defines a level of qualification. You come to Oxford, pass everything in a month and go. With an Oxford degree. Yes, people who have everyday practical work of such complexity as in Stolbun's team will put any psychologist into the belt. This is a medical-psychological-pedagogical complex technology, where there should be psychology, and in psychology there is also personology, neuropsychology, pathopsychology, and so on. We teach to be a personologist, or a social psychologist, or a pathopsychologist, or a neuropsychologist separately. And they have a complex of knowledge that is not provided by any educational institution either in Russia or in the world.

A.Ts.: As a military man, I delved into everything thoroughly. They have knowledge, they have experience, they have breakthrough ideas, and they are told: the wrong piece of paper. Here's a little distraction. Before you sits one of the most highly trained helicopter pilots in Russia and the world. And I never officially studied as a helicopter pilot anywhere. I graduated from the Chernihiv Higher Military School of Fighter Pilots. Went to the Far East. Put on a helicopter: learn for yourself. Served in the Far East for six years. Taken to the academy. The academy does not have a helicopter department. They said: you will study in the department of front-line bomber aviation. He studied for three years and went to the commander, then as the commander of a regiment of helicopter pilots in the Moscow region. And there is no paper. And nobody asked. They asked about the level of training. OK.: What was the practical result of Stolbun's successes?
A.Ts.: My official appeal in 1999 to the Minister of Defense, Marshal Sergeyev: there is an interesting technique that can be used in the army. Sergeev's instructions followed: to give an opinion on the methodology. A scientific and methodological laboratory for medical and psychological correction and rehabilitation is being created at the 5th Central Military Hospital of the Ministry of Defense. In conditions that do not quite meet the requirements of Stolbun, however, work with hepatitis begins. The dependence of hepatitis on the state of the central nervous system is being studied. Depends. The treatment is super effective. They are treated literally in a week without medication. They normalize the nervous system, through it - the immune system and get health. But oligophrenia is an underdevelopment of the brain centers, which Stolbun does not cure. It cures schizophrenia. And so he takes these 20-year-old children, none, invalids of groups 1-2, abandoned by their parents, abandoned from two weeks, from a month, with two or three volumes of a case history, corrects them, then they are taken to the Rybinsk reservoir, then to the south, they get out of the bars, behind which they spent their whole lives, into the wild, they don’t know how a fish looks like, like water. OK.: Why are there only nine left?
A.Ts.: For different reasons. Among them was one tuberculosis patient, aged 72, dying. Specially taken. And they pulled it out. Live now. One guy got off literally at the finish line, refused to take exams. One girl was afraid to pass for four classes, she passed for three. But another imbecile girl, who did it for herself, is now studying, running over the fence to work in the field.

A.Ts.: But with what they started - why is there another run-in at Stolbun. He proved the impossible. The work was done in the “wash the dishes” mode. Five psychiatrists wrote a letter in October 2000 to the Minister of Defense and the Minister of Health: full support. But by that time, the head of the main medical department, Chizh, had had a stroke and was not interested in anything else: only to survive in life, and then in office. Minister Sergeev has his own problems, the chair under him has already begun to stagger. And his order with registration numbers, resolutions, attachments of all materials was never fulfilled. And when Sergeyev was removed, the chief of the General Staff, as part of the execution of the president's instructions, quickly reduced the institution that was in Krasnogorsk, and now Stolbun and his team have nothing to do with the Ministry of Defense. A.Ts.: They are told: run away, then we will see again. But the technology of their work provides for collectivity. There must be at least four specialists in a team to cure a person. Romanyuk calls himself the Committee for the Rescue of Youth. And where is the youth that really needs to be saved? These nine cured schizophrenics needed to be rescued?
OK.: One of Stolbun's two daughters, who lived and worked with her father, broke up with him - much of Stolbun's criticism comes from her.
A.Ts.: In order to understand this story, one must turn to the history of Stolbun himself. He divorced his wife when the youngest daughter was an infant, the eldest was two years old. He raised the eldest, the youngest was with her mother. There are deep conflicts between mom and dad. And then the youngest went to him, and the eldest left him. One reason for working

The girl is developed, but spoiled, she began to drink, walk, use drugs. And my father couldn't do anything. She blew up the work he was doing from the inside. Working with such patients is unique. There was a fierce conflict and, as a result, a break. Now he lives in St. Petersburg, sees his sister, idolizes and hates his father. Are such dramatic family relationships rare? But who uses this drama for their own purposes is another question. The younger sister is a candidate of psychological sciences, she works with her father, I think she will defend her doctoral thesis within a year. A recent case from her practice. A senior lieutenant was dying in a hospital in Krasnogorsk: a penetrating wound, a stomach, a liver, lungs were affected, he had many operations, the body no longer fights, no matter what medicine is injected - rejection. And remember how you wrote: the Nobel Prize is crying for Stolbun. She is crying. And today it's louder than before. Sooner or later she will find him.
