А сейчас поговорим о том, как можно делать резервное копирование закладок и настроек всех этих браузеров. Такая необходимость может пригодиться в случаях, например, когда нужно делать переустановку Windows или когда надо перенести все закладки и настройки браузеров на другой компьютер.

Есть разные способы сделать копирование закладок, но мы обсудим, на мой взгляд, один из самых простых способов для начинающих пользователей. Поговорим о программе , которая специально предназначена для того, чтобы можно было быстро и удобно делать копирование закладок, а также при необходимости быстрое восстановление закладок.

Программа Bookmarks Backup не требует установки! Достаточно скачать и запустить ее.

Чтобы сделать копирование закладок и всех остальных настроек своих браузеров, запускаем Bookmarks Backup и в верхней части программы в разделе Backup сначала ставим галочки (1) на тех браузерах, у которых хотим сделать копирование закладок.

Далее нажимаем на кнопку Browse … (2), выбираем на компьютере место (3), где будут храниться эти сохраненные данные, создаем папку (4), например (5). После ввода названия этой новой папки нажимаем на клавиатуре Enter и жмем Ок (6):

Будет дано напоминание, чтобы закрыли все браузеры. Жмем Ок :

Начнется копирование закладок и других настроек всех выбранных браузеров:

После чего будет сказано, что резервное копирование закладок прошло успешно.

Закрываем это окно, — Ок :

Вот и всё! Копирование закладок закончено.

Теперь, можно сохранить созданную нами папку Резервное копирование закладок где-нибудь на съемном носителе, например на флешке, и если придется переустанавливать Windows или переносить закладки в браузер другого компьютера, то данная папка нам пригодится, чтобы сделать восстановление закладок.

Восстановление закладок в Bookmarks Backup

Если понадобиться данная функция, тоже закрываем все запущенные браузеры. Чтобы сделать восстановление закладок, снова запускаем программу и теперь уже переходим в раздел Restore .

Как и при копировании закладок, сначала выбираем браузеры (1), закладки которых хотим восстановить. Далее, через кнопку Locate …(2), находим на компьютере папку Резервное копирование закладок и в ней выбираем папку , в которую были сохранены все настройки браузеров.

Остается нажать на кнопку Restore (3):

Будет дано предупреждение, что наши текущие закладки будут изменены. Они будут заменены теми, которые у нас находятся сохраненными в папке Резервное копирование закладок . Если согласны с этим, нажимаем Да :

Как видим, все достаточно просто!

Попробуйте и Вы сделать резервное копирование закладок через . Мало ли что может быть с операционной системой! А резервная копия закладок и настроек своих браузеров не помешает!

Для выполнения однотипных задач лучше всего использовать пакетные файлы, т. е. файлы которые автоматизируют работу. Например в среде DOS - BAT-файлы, в Windows - WSH (Сервер Сценариев) и т. д. Ну, а с помощью закладок любого браузера, поддерживающего протокол javascript:,можно добиться невообразимо быстрых и полезных результатов, создавая cкриптовые закладки или просто JS-закладки. После того, как вы установите первую такую закладку, я гарантирую, что ваш взгляд на блуждание по интернету (и не только) в корни изменится, разумеется в лучшую сторону.

JS-закладка, это простая закладка в браузере, которая содержит одну строчка javascript-а и использует протокол javascript:. Т. е. при активизации JS-закладки, выполняется код скрипта, а не превычная загрузка документа из интернета (протокол HTTP:, FTP: и т. д.).

Совет:
Создайте отдельную папку в «Избранном» (Favorites), и все JS-закладки устанавливайте в эту папку. После, вам будет легче соорентироваться. Также, для быстрого доступа к основным, часто используемым закладкам, можно использовать панель «Ссылки» (Links).

Первый способ установки JS-закладок:

* Откройте в браузере любой документ.
* Установите на него заклкадку (CTRL + D).
* Откройте свойства закладки и впишите в поле URL любой скрипт на javascript, например:

javascript:alert(top.location.href)

* Вас встретит выскочка-предупреждение, - согласитесь: «Да» (Yes).

Способ второй, используемый на сайте:

* Вам остается кликнуть по такой ссылке правой кнопкой мыши, и выбрать «Добавить в Избранное» (Add to Favorites).
* Или кликнуть левой кнопкой мыши и, не отпуская ее, перетащить закладку на панель «Ссылки» или в папку «Избранное».
* Опять выскочка, опять «Да».

При создании собственной закладки, помните три условия:

1. Строка скрипта должена начинаться с javascript:.
2. Максимально допустимое количество символов в строке скрипта 2048.
3. Для подстраховки, в конец скрипта добавляйте void(null), т. к. если ваш скрипт возвратит какое либо значение, то это значение перепишет открытый в этот момент документ.

Несколько JS-закладок:

* * Быстрый поиск по странице *.
Достойная замена стандартному "Find" (Ctrl+F). (для документов без фреймов, IE4+).

* * Просмотр части HTML кода *. (перед активизацией нужно отметить нужный участок документа).
Закладка очень пригодится начинающим вэб-программистам и в особенности верстальщикам, которым не придется каждый раз просматривать весь HTML-документ в поисках отдельной нужной части кода. (для документов без фреймов, IE4+).

If you synced your browser on different devices, folders named after the device (such as Smartphone or Tablet ) will appear in the menu on the left. For more information, see the section Bookmarks on different devices .

If you imported tabs from a different browser, then the folderst that you moved will also appear in the menu on the left. Your folder names will remain the same. For more information, read the Import bookmarks section.

Bookmarks bar

Bookmarks and bookmark folders are displayed on the Bookmarks bar below the SmartBox .

There are several ways to enable and disable the bookmark panel:

Click → Bookmarks → Show bookmarks bar .

Press Ctrl + Shift + B (in Windows ) or ⌘ + Shift + B (in macOS ).

Site favicons in the bookmarks bar

By default, the bookmarks bar only displays site names. You can opt to display favicons next to site names. If you want to save space in the bookmark bar, you can display the favicon without the site name.

To display favicons:

If you want to only display the favicon on the bookmarks bar without the site name:

Check the following:
- The bookmark bar should be enabled
- The Show icons option is enabled in settings.
Find the bookmark in the bookmark panel.
Open the context menu and select Edit .
In the Bookmark window, clear the Name field.

Syncing bookmarks

After syncing , your browser will display bookmarks from all of your other synced devices (computers, tablets, and smartphones).

Bookmark syncing features:

If you add or delete bookmarks on one device, then you will see these changes on your other devices, provided that they"re connected to the internet and logged in under your account.
If you create bookmarks for the same page on different devices, then the bookmark that syncs with the server first will be saved.
Bookmarks from devices of the same type are combined into one list. For example, if syncing is enabled on two computers and your smartphone, you will see a Computer section in your smartphone bookmarks where you can find bookmarks from both computers.

After doing this, your bookmarks from other devices will not display in the Bookmark Manager.

Restore bookmarks after deleting them

Go to your folder.
Two files are responsible for saving your bookmarks:
- Bookmarks
- Bookmarks.bak
Check the date when the Bookmarks.bak file was changed:
- If the file was changed after your bookmarks were deleted, then it"s not possible to restore your bookmarks
- If the file was changed before bookmarks were deleted, then go to the next step.
Move the Bookmarks file to another directory (such as your Desktop).
Go back to your C:\Users\Account name\AppData\Local\Yandex\YandexBrowser\User Data\Default folder.
Rename the Bookmarks.bak file to Bookmarks .
Restart the browser.

If your bookmarks didn"t restore, return the Bookmarks file to the directory. Use the feedback form to contact tech support about this issue.

My Bookmarks Toolbar is missing

If you were using the Bookmarks Toolbar for quick access to your favorite bookmarks and the toolbar is now missing, you may have turned off the option to display the Bookmarks Toolbar. To turn it back on:

Right-click on an empty section of the navigation bar and select Bookmarks Toolbar in the pop-up menu.

On the menu bar, click View , select Toolbars , and then select Bookmarks Toolbar .

I can"t find all of my bookmarks and folders

Follow these steps to add a Bookmarks Menu toolbar button that shows all of your bookmarks and folders:

A Bookmarks Menu toolbar button will appear on the toolbar next to the Library button.

My bookmarks have disappeared

To recover bookmarks that were previously saved in the Bookmarks menu or on the Bookmarks toolbar but are now missing, see Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer .

No bookmarks are visible after installing an add-on

If you have restarted Firefox after installing an add-on and your bookmarks are gone, it"s possible that Firefox did not close properly before restarting itself. To recover your bookmarks, restart your computer.

I can"t find my bookmarks after importing them

If you have imported your bookmarks from another browser, they may appear in the Bookmarks menu in a specific folder. To find your imported bookmarks, do the following:

Depending on the type of browser from which you imported, your bookmarks may appear in a specially named folder in the Bookmarks list.
- Internet Explorer - Folder name is From Internet Explorer .
- Opera - Folder name is From Opera .
- Bookmarks imported from other browsers follow a similar pattern.
If your source bookmarks were stored in a hierarchy of folders, the folder structure is preserved inside the specially named folder.

If desired, you can move your imported bookmarks to other folders. For more information, see Bookmarks in Firefox .

I can see only the default set of bookmarks in the Bookmarks folder

Your bookmarks are associated with the that you are using. For most Firefox users, only the default profile is used. There may be instances when you wish to create a new profile in Firefox. When this new profile is activated, it contains the default set of bookmarks which may give you the impression that you have lost your personal bookmarks. This troubleshooting sequence helps you to identify if a new profile has been created and how to recover your bookmarks from the previous profile.

Determine if Firefox has created a new profile

Go to the Firefox profile folder.
- For Firefox profile locations, see the article.
If there is only one profile folder, then stop.
Note: Each profile folder is named something like the following:
xxxxxxxx.
where xxxxxxxx represents a random string of 8 characters and Corresponds to the name of the profile. For example, the folder containing the default profile is named xxxxxxxx.default .
If you have multiple profile folders in this location, that means you have multiple profiles. If you have more than one profile folder, then it is likely that a new profile has been created in Firefox. In this case, you need to change the profile Firefox is currently using to the profile that contains your saved bookmarks. You can do this by opening the Firefox
